Summary: Also another of my favorite series, this sequence of stories deals with the multitude of inventions the Cogs have come up with. Flippy warns the toons to not be very inactive in the beginning, but then the cogs come out with an invention to make toons even more inactive by combining adrenaline and iron solute. The machine is activated and ToonTown is lost to the cogs. But it's not over. Sir Domino Peppertwist manages to lead every toon out of ToonTown CogTown and into the Outside...but what awaits them in the Outside, and back at CogTown? Meanwhile, the drama of a romantic life between Tally and Pepper begins to take form and affect the lives of everyone around them...
